Everything was simply good. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was amazing in the middle of jackson. The staff was really helpful and very helpful with advice and suggestions. Location: the venue was not far from ' a restaurant ', Ooty botanical garden, rose garden, and hill. Also, Ooty Boat House Lake was 2 miles away. The restaurant had tasty food.

Road to the hotel needs improvement.

The breathtaking mountain views from the hotel room and the warm hospitality of the staff were the best parts of my Thanksgiving vacation. The hotel's proximity to popular tourist attractions and restaurants made it very convenient for us to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with our stay.

For instance, the room amenities were lacking, and the bathrooms were not very clean. the room décor was outdated and could use some sprucing up.

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Fabescape Saint Clouds in Ooty. The host was considerate and were pretty good too accommodate our needs. As three girls traveling, the owner lady allowed us to extend our checkout time without any extra charges. The location of the hotel is serene and offers a beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel.
